We are a dedicated team of passionate managers, technicians, executives, and office executives working our best to keep your vehicle healthy.
Our journey starts on 24th Jan 2022. We recognized how hard it would be for customers, especially senior citizens, to search for a quality service provider to maintain the vehicle.
As we already have expertise and knowledge in the automobile sector, we attempted to convert our thought process into a product. We just decided to build the most promising two-wheeler service app on the market to cater to customer needs.
We never make fake promises to the customer. We always tried to give our best and will also try to provide better service in the future.
What we do
We at Nishant Automobiles offer doorstep two-wheeler service and roadside assistance at multiple places in Odisha. Our main aim is to provide high-quality services at a reasonable price.
We also sell genuine two-wheeler spare parts for multiple brands.
Currently we are active on few places or cities in odisha but we are trying harder to rich to every customer.
How we do
At Nishant Automobiles, it's just a 3 step process to fix vehicles. For a single service, our journey starts with the customer and ends with the customer.
Step 1: We collect the customer issues through the booking. Then we allocate one of our best technicians by considering the customer's place and issues. We have top experts who understand the machine.
Step 2: The technician will inspect the vehicle at the customer's place and order the required spare parts from the nearest warehouse. Remember, we only deal with genuine spare parts.
Step 3: Will allow the customer to check the vehicle and proceed with the payment with QR Code Scanner.
